Oregon Health Authority had chosen to modernize its Medicaid Provider and Claims Processing while at the same time build the Health exchange for the state. What was lacking was a focused Program Management office. We helped Oracle and the Health Authority put together a PMO function and provided services for integrated planning for the Cloud Solution that was picked by the Authority. We also provided advisory and technical services for the enterprise Business Intelligence solution for the Health Exchange allowing the exchange to track individual and employer insurance coverage cost, tax credits, cost sharing statistics and beneficiary demographics.
Redondo Beach Oral Maxillo Facial Surgery Center was established in 2008 to provide state of the art clinical and surgery services for dental and oral surgery patients. Critical to the service was real time imaging solutions especially for emergency care oral surgery. To help finance the equipment, the surgery center also needed a state of the art dental practice management solution that would make it easy to capture and report patient clinical diagnosis to payers (health insurance and medicare) and for record keeping. TS Analytec provided end-to-end integration services for the solutions that were adopted which included evaluation and selection of the practice management solution, hardware, network and vendor management services.

Our Oracle Application Express solutions were designed with a single enterprise data model allowing numerous collaboration, administrative and governance applications to be developed quickly using a common set of templates. The solution also integrated Web Services using Oracle SOA Suite to address human workflow applications needs.
